Christopher L. Orcullo (Chris), President and Chief Executive Officer

Chris honed his financial and management skills with SGV & Co. having spent over forty (40) years handling audit and business advisory, consulting, and business proces outsourcing - finance and accounting (F&A) until he retired as partner in 2002.  Thereafter, he organized a company which acquired the outsourcing practice of SGV & Co. for which he served as the President and CEO for five (5) years.

Chris is a certified public accountant and has a  Master in Management degree at the Asian Institute of Management.

Rodolfo T. Lugartos, Jr. (Jojo), Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Jojo has more than thirty-five (35) years of experience in handling audit, outsourcing, risk management, business systems and information technology consulting. Jojo spent more than twelve (12) years of his professional career with SGV & Co. where he became a recipient of the Special Sycip Award. He served as the worldwide Director of the Risk Management Group of a publicly-listed multi-national business process outsourcing company based in Los Angeles, USA with operations in southern California, Philippines, and Costa Rica. He has also served as the CEO of a technology-outsourcing Company providing services to the local transportation industry.  Prior to this, Jojo was the Chief Technology officer of an F&A outsourcing company.

Jojo is a certified public accountant and took his Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.

Catherine P. Lozano (Boyet), Chief Business Support Officer

Before joining KPS Outsourcing, Boyet was the Information Security and Compliance Director of the the biggest local F&A outsourcing firm in the Philippines which used to be an outsourcing unit of SGV & Co. She was involved in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures relative to information security, process improvement, and compliance audit.  She also worked with client projects like process documentation, risk analysis, supplier accreditation, and software implementation and attended various seminars on ISMS, QMS, 5S, Document Management, EFQM, and Six Sigma. She started her career as IT Business Analyst and Logistics personnel for two multi-national companies.

Boyet finished her degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Sto. Tomas.

Jose T. Tan, Jr. (Jun), Corporate Secretary/Consultant

Jose was a freelance consultant and has about 24 years of experience in the fields of investigation and prevention, auditing, business intelligence, due diligence, forensic accounting, risk management, fraud diagnostic, system design, review and analysis, policy manual development, financial analysis, modeling and internal controls, and restructuring work. His experience includes engagements in various countries in Asia Pacific to a broad range of clients operating in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, regional head quarters/offices, retail, mining, oil, banking, securities, real estate, telecommunication, automotive, high tech, distribution, leasing, hotel, resorts and leisure, statutory board and service industries. His clients have included multinational corporations, statutory boards and government-linked companies.  He has worked on engagements in Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. 

Wilma I. Miranda, Consultant

Wilma is a Certified Public Accountant and started her career at SGV & Co. She has ten (10) years experience in audit and accounting which includes being the head of accounting and administration of a Fortune 500 company. Her business development and account management experiences include being the Business Development Director of a local F&A outsourcing company and 12 years in the banking industry (3 universal banks combined) holding senior management level positions. Wilma received national awards for her outstanding performance in the banking industry.

Wilma earned her Master In Business Administration at the University of St. La Salle where she also graduated Cum Laude in B.S. Commerce major in Accounting.
